honorer

This morning i read a journal about cultural heritage in international law. And it said something about cultural, which also has mean honorer. then i began to write.

honorer according to http://kbbi.web.id/honorer are;

a. the honored one.

b. accept honorarium (not fixed salary)

what comes to your mind when you hear this word, i mean about this profession here, in Indonesia?

the word "honorer" mostly referred to those who teaches/works (usually) by filling the empty positions in school/company (while waiting to be inaugurated by the government) or even looking for another job to live a deserved life, a decent one.

why they are willing to wait and/or even looking for another job while they work as honorer?

we all agree that people will get paid for what he worked for. 

and the salary given i think it won't be sufficient when it comes to fulfill the daily needs.

imagine that you will get paid about 300.000 rupiahs per month...

if being compared with civil servant (PNS) teacher, the salary of a  honorer teacher is... many times lower.

maybe it will immediately change them to be mature, remind them to apply the existence of "first thing first" words.

well... i am not gonna make all honorer teachers angry by posting like this. Peace,yo!
i am not a honorer and i can't spend 300.000 thousands a month, because i will spend some more*senyum licik.

but...

when we look back to the meaning of the word "honorer" itself, don’t you find one single relieving thing?

and i'm not gonna say that government must increasing their salary bla bla bla or any other things like that. we've already known.

let's deal with one word. honorer. "terpuji".

doesn't it lift them up?

doesn't it make them feel like a hero-for an instance?

maybe if i met them halfway, then they open the conversation about their job and ended up by complaining the salary, i'm gonna say :

"honorer by educating people, maam? "then you are a honorable person, right?"
